Begin your journey with 39 kilometers through the beautiful hilly countryside and along small side roads through Bangsbo Ådal, so you arrive at the town of Brønden.

Bike to Hjallerup
Continue through beautiful landscapes for the last 38 kilometers of today's stage until you reach Hjallerup.

This stage can either be done in one go, or divided with a nice break at Hammer Hills after 10 kilometers, where there are several rest spots with tables and benches.
Continue the last 16 km to Aalborg where you can enjoy the city and for example take a stroll along Aalborg Waterfront before or after you enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterwards, you should head to Aalborg station, where the train goes back to Frederikshavn.

- Outdoor accommodationThere is no possibility for outdoor overnight stays at this stage.
- Parking at the startTake public transportation to Frederikshavn or park your car at the station, Skippergade, 9900 Frederikshavn, and continue to Skandia square where you can start your tour.
- Transport back to BlokhusTake train RE 75 towards Frederikshavn (Skagen via Frederikshavn) and get off after 9 stops in Frederikshavn.
