Walk the first 10 kilometers to Skodborg
On your 10 km towards the town of Skodborg, you will cross, among other things, the Freedom Bridge, under which the Kongeå River flows. The Kongeå River was significant to cross in the past, as it was the most notable break on the journey that otherwise took place on the Jutland ridge.

Enjoy your lunch in Skodborg
At Coop Dagli'Brugsen in Skodborg at the address Skodborg Søndergade 1, you can shop for your lunch and enjoy it in the cozy town. Also visit Skodborg Church at Brudepladsen 3, where you can get a stamp in your Hærvej passport.

Head to Jels
The stretch to Jels is about 15 km, where you can enjoy the quiet forest paths and clear lakes.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in Jels
Upon arrival in Jels, the first thing you encounter is the cafe Miss Kaff' - a hiker's dream of finding a gourmet cafe after a long stretch. Note the varying opening hours in the winter/summer half of the year. Also, make sure to stop by Jels Parish House by the church at Jels Vestergade 3B, if you want another stamp in your Hærvej passport.

Spend the night outdoors
At Freja's Farm, located right by Jels Nedersø on Søvej 5c, there are 3 shelters available for free use, but it is not possible to book them in advance.

Stay indoors
Take advantage of the favorable Hærvej rates at Slotsgaarden, which has 5 rooms and the option to cook your own dinner. You can also stay at the hotel by Royal Oak Golf, where dinner can be purchased.

*Remember to book your indoor accommodation before departure to ensure a spot

Before departure
Eat in Jels before you set out on today's stage and shop for your lunch, for example at SuperBrugsen in Jels.

Walk through Stursbøl Plantation and enjoy your lunch along the way
The first 9 kilometers take you through beautiful natural areas such as Stursbøl Plantation. In several places within the plantation, you walk on branches of the Hærvejen. Since the plantation is located on a ridge, the site has likely been used by travelers for millennia. Here you can also choose to enjoy your lunch in scenic surroundings.

Walk the last 12.5 kilometers to Vojens
The last 12.5 kilometers to Vojens will take you among other places across Oksenvad Heath along Nørre River. Here you can get another stamp in your Hærvej Passport before the journey home at the cemetery office on Østerled 1.

You can now enjoy something delicious to drink or eat at places like Kebab House and then you are ready to take the bus home from Vojens Station.
